Legal Question in Entertainment Law in New York

My friend and I are looking to sell merchandise outside of a professional sporting venue. What kind of license or permit do we need? We are not looking for a vendor stand or anything like that, just to be able to sell our mrchandise legally. Our design is trademarked and does not infringe on the team's copyrights. Please advise, thanks.

I would think that you need permission from the entity that operates the premises where you are selling the merchandise. You may also need a vendor's license, especially if you are selling merchandise in the City of New York.
