Legal Question in Entertainment Law in New York
Impersonators
I want to form a company that makes money from hiring
out a living celebrity impersonator to in house blue
chip companies for entertainment within their company
meetings. Do I need to register this with someone or
contact the person to seek permission to do the
impersonation?

Re: Impersonators
No. But if it's a corporation you need to apply for a tax ID number.
