Legal Question in Entertainment Law in New York
This invloves a youth football league, a player plays on a youth team and also on a JV high school team. The League said it is illegal for him to do so, but here is no written rule or by-law can they inforce the rule or can the kid play? If the parents want him to play both what rights do they have, also can the high school coach forbid him to play on the youth team?
