legal rigths between writer and co-writer

I'm looking for the legal terms for a contract between me, the writer and a co-writer. The price expected to be paid and the co-writers rights, like percentage on the sales, power over the decisions and so on.

If you attempt to draw up a contract of this nature without proper legal counsel,it is a recipe for disaster should a dispute over the contract terms ensue. Please seek legal counsel
