Non-Disclosure Agreements
Will a New York (Short Form) NDA be able to be signed by a party out in California? One party is in NY, the other in CA.
Will this form legally protect a television show idea?

With apologies to Mae West, "length of NDA has nothing to do with it." It's the substance that counts including which jurisdiction's law applies. If you want an answer to your question you'd need to understand the substance yourself or have someone who's trained in this area (hopefully an experienced attorney) review the actual content of the NDA.
