Legal Question in Entertainment Law in New York
I have currently partnered up with a production company solely to be able to use their name in negotiations to offer one of my TV show projects to a cabel channel. I am taking care of the production of the show, the negotiations with the potential sponsers and investors, hiring the staff and crew and the idea for the show is originally mine. The production company is only letting me work using the legal framework that their registered company offers. In this case, what would be the correct distribution of the profits generated by the show, percentage-wise?

There is no one size fits all here. You should retain a competent attorney to represent all of your interests.Any other option may result in future costly litigation.
