My questions involves a website expressing opinions of a major television network? Are there any legal issues expressing dislike of a network using a word in the website URL address. For example "forgetNBC.com" or "ihateCBS.com"

Not if it's opinion. If your website URL were NBCisaTerroristOrganization.com you might have an issue, though if the website cotent were opinion, critical commentary, satire, etc. you'd still most likely be okay.
