In the signature section of a contract, I see
two lines. One for ''By,'' and one for ''Its.''
Which do I sign my signature in, and
what's the other one?

I'll assume you're signing on behalf of an entity(i.e., not individually as yourself). You sign on the "By" line. The "Its" refers to the capacity in which you're signing. Examples are "Its President," "Its Managing Member" or "Its Managing Director."
