Depending on the circumstances under which the video was taken, you may have an action for compensation against the company that took and used the video.

It depends on the manner in which the video was used, whether you're recognizable and other factors. Under NY law your name, portrait or picture cannot be used for advertising purposes, or for the purposes of trade without your written consent.
