Hi,

I wanted to know is it legal to resell event tickets (sports, concert, broadway etc) on the internet in New York State without reselling license?

Short Answer - be very careful. Since you are using the Internet, you could have potential liability, including possible criminal charges, if you are not very, very careful. Also, be aware of NY's scalping laws.
