Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I'm almost 16 and live in NY, i wanted to know f it is possible for me to move out of my parents place and get my own if i had a job. I'm just having problems with my parents its just stressful and it affects a lot of things like school. I have been expelled once for not attending school and am currently home schooled. Is it still possible to do this if they consent to it?

There is nothing stopping you, you have to be sure that you are able to take care of yourself though. Your parents can be subjected to abuse/neglect proceedings.
