Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have a 16 month old son and his father is not the man I've been with for the past 6 years. He signed the birth certificate and nows he's not the biological father neither one of us wants this changed my son knows him as daddy. Now the biological father wants to take me to court what do I do

That depends upon the subject of the court case. But, in any event, get an attorney and go to court if you get a summons.
