Legal Question in Family Law in New York

16+ want to move out.

my dad travels all the time, my mom keeps me in the house, picks my friends, clothes and boys she wants me to date.she rarely speaks to me other then to tell me what i am doing wrong. my friends family has room and is willing to take me in, as long as it is leagal. Can you help
