2nd family

My husband has 2 children from a previous marriage. He has been paying a percentage of his kids healthcare insurance premiums. His ex is trying to make him pay for all of the healthcare insurance premiums now that he has remarried.Is there anything he can do?

Is there an order already? If so, then he should pay the proportion the order directs him to pay. His wife does not unilaterally decide to change the amount of his obligation.
