Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am 16 about to be 17 in November and I want to go live with my dad in Florida! I live in New York now with my mom and we do not get along at all we always get into altercations and I recently got in trouble because I got into a bad argument with my mom and got arrested. Now I have to do 6 months probation. I am afraid that if I stay here I will get into more trouble so I want to move to my dads legally. How can I do this?

You likely have conditions to your probation that would prohibit the move. Once you turn 18, you will no longer be a minor and can move without issue to your dad's home. I suggest you simply ride out your probation and wait until you turn 18 and go.
