If im 15 & want a restraining order on someone that's 17 how does that work if she gets on the bus first & go to the same school.

If you are 15, your parent or legal guardian should be the one requesting such an order from a criminal court if appropriate. As to which one of you gets on the bus first or whether you go to the same school, that is only a secondary consideration that the Court may look at. Their first concern will be whether or not a criminal offense was committed by that 17 year old that justifies the issuance of an order of protection in your favor.
