Legal Question in Family Law in New York
we have 3 separate dwellings in the house he asked for a divorce he lives upstairs now. he gives me no money too live. taking hin too family court i have evidence he has a mistress . how he went to her home out of state and filled his viagra rx., the night before he left. i also have a receipt how he paid for a plane ticket to las vegas for her too. how much will that hold up in court, or i should just forget it

It sounds like you need a divorce. The mistress issue is not going to get you too far. It is extremely difficult to prove adultry. NY now has no fault divorce so it matters even less in some respects.
