Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have 2 sons, both receiving child support payments from me, and I am also required to pay for 100% college expenses (SUNY rates)

#1 My older son turned 23 last month. He is currently going to college, graduates this year. Am I still required to pay support for him? Can I just start sending 17% of my earnings to cover my younger son without a court order?

#2 My younger son is 20. He is currently enrolled in college as well. I have not received any bills or any documented information from the school that justify he is actually going to school. I was TOLD by him that he wanted to dorm and sent a check for 9400.00 to cover it (I had 3 days notice and had to sell my car). The money was refunded to him and was never used for any of his schooling. While prying around and attempting to collect as much info as I can I had discovered that he was given many Grants and Scholarships (as with my first child) which he or my ex never disclosed to me. They repeatedly send me letters in the mail that request the entire tuition. But again, nothing official from the school. I sent her a letter requesting they fill out the FERPA forms for the school that would give me access to their student account, grades and financials. She sent me back a letter refusing. Is she required to send me official documentation and billing in a timely manner? How do I go about making her disclose all this information I need to abide by the divorce order? Shes taking me to court now for non payment of these expenses. It all totals over 50,000. which I do not have. If I were getting the actual bills in a timely manner, I wouldnt be in this desperate situation. I obviously cannot afford a lawyer at this point. 400.00 a week for the past 10 years and now back due college expenses will get me homeless. Can someone give me some glimpse of light and direction on how to handle this on my own? Anything is greatly appreciated.. Just a guy trying to survive...

Go to the family court and file a petition to terminate your child support for your older son and a petition to modify your child support for your younger son.
