9 and 6 year old being abused by their father
Can a 9 year old that is try desperatly to stop her father from phyisically and sexually abusing them able to find outside representation to sue their own legal council for not representing their wishes? -Concerned mother

First, if children are being physically and sexually abused by their father you MUST contact your local district attorney.
Second, if the children had separate representation and the attorney failed the children by having notice of the father's sexual abuse, yet failing to bring that issue to the Court, there may be a malpractice action against the attorney.
The children would commence a legal malpractice action against the lawyer through his or her legal guardian.
