Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My 18 year old daughter has abandoned her relationship with me over 1 year now. Do I still have to pay for half of her college tuition or can that be modified?

Unless and until the court modifies child support, you have to continue to pay in accordance with the current order. Child support isn't tied to visitation. Therefore, it is unlikely the court will modify child support.
