Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My 14.5 year old daughter spends one night a week with her father (my ex) and his mistress (soon to be wife) and her 2 children. It is a 2 bedroom apartment where the mistress's 2 children have the "real" bedrooms. My ex and his mistress sleep in an alcove off the living room and my daughter sleeps on a couch in the living room. Is there a legal requirement for my daughter to have her own room at their apartment? Or at least not to have to sleep in such close proximity to this couple? It's awkward to say the least. She also has no privacy.
