Legal Question in Family Law in New York
I'm a 19 year old full time student.
My father is paying child support, which my mother is collecting.
She kicked me out when I turned 18, but is still collecting. I'm not getting it.
Am I still eligeble if I don't live at home.

Technically, no you are not a minor anymore. But you can go to court to ask that the money be paid directly to your or if your staying with another person, they can do it.
