Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i have a 20 year old son. all he does is play video games all day and doesnt work or help me around the house. i have told him a number of times that he has to get out but he wont get out. what can i do

You may want to ask him to leave and give him some monetary assistance. This is the type of situation that should not be in a court of law. If all else fails then you can have him physically removed through court process with the assistance of an attorney.
