does a 16 yr old boy who has had no contact with his father for 14 yrs be made to see him the 16 yr old wants nothing to do with his father also can the father who is behind by over &2,000.00 in child support have a chance at joint custody

The chances of a person who has had no contact with a child for 14 years getting any sort of custody arrangement short of the custodial parent dying is almost impossible. As for visitation, the court can in many cases try to facilitate a relationship with the parent but the time factor is going to make it very difficult to overcome.
