Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am a 59 yr old disabled woman who was divorced 6 years ago. I paid off ex

most of equitable distrib for marital home and deadline is this month but I only

have fixed income. Court order was list home for sale, it is only $20000 I owe.

He pays me alimony but hasnt agreed to negotiate we would waive that amount . Any advice
