14 yr old runaway to friends home

my 14 YEAR OLD daughter ran away to her friends home i couldnt find her then when i dd the parent refude to bring my child home she next day filed family court papers dor custody..i dont een know this women.ive done nothing wrong have nothing to hide..its a 14 yr old wanting to date and dad wont let her..this women gives my daughter cigarettes and alchol and even sleeps with them?im mad concernerd and dont kow who or where to go cannot afford a lawyer im disabled this women gave cgs to my 14 yr old infront of my 22 yr old daughter anysuggestons at all thanks steve

Unless this women has some ties to your family or your daughter she is violating your rights as her parent, call the police and file kidnapping charges. Call a local family law attorney before calling the police to see if there are any problems that are not contained in the e-mail.

Give a call to the local bar, State bar and Local law school. See if anyone is running a pro bono panel. No this woman is going to have a tough row to hoe if she is going to divest you of your parental rights you will need your 22 year olds help.

I don't know if the police will help as your child is not a kidnap victim but a runaway. Either way call the child protective service as to her administering cigarrettes to your child. They may be able to help you too.
