Legal Question in Family Law in New York

abandonment ?

My husband told me that he is going to leave us about 3 month ago but, first he is going to take 3 weeks vacation overseas, just himself. He is just allowed to have 1 week vacation for his job, the other 2 week is without paid.And then when he came back, he will find a place to move. He said he has no feeling about me he only cares about our 2 children (5 and 12).He said he is willing to pay for our rent only.He now provide about 70% of our income.Can I acuse him of abandonmen. Can I change the lock after he goes on vacation, How much he should give for child support. I am not going to let him come back home when he returns from his vacations.
