Abandonment
If wife leaves home,moves in elsewhere,can she take items,such as furnitue,utensils etc..I have 4 children in home.

Start the divorce action to stop her until equitable distribution is settled and you can also request exculsive use of the home and furnishings since it is the childrens home. Contact local counsel and start an action.
