Abusive Behavior and Visitation
If the non-custodial parent has--name removed--history of violence and threats to take the children and has even done so at one point, not returning them, can visitation be denied--name removed--There are copies of restraining orders, arrest records and DSS reports.

Visitation can be denied if the welfare of the child is jeopardized and/or the parent repeatedly violates visitation orders. However,you should request an order for "supervised visitation" at this time.
