Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have been accused by my ex wife of having inappropriate sexual contact with my children I have athe 1st court appearance this thursday, what should I expect? also these alligations are 100% false!!!! I live out of state and reside in Va and my children live in Ny I havent even seen them since aug.

Assuming that the case is in Family Court somewhere in New York state you will likely enter a denial of the allegations and deal with a request for an order of protection and/or supervised visitation. Then you'll deal with scheduling issues and a hearing date will be set.

You should deny the allegations.

I agree the mother of the children will likely request supervised visits and an order of protection as well.
