Please explain the sentence ''Plaintiff will take, prior to entry of final judgement, all steps within his power to remove any barrier to defendant's remarriage following the divorce.

In a religious marriage there can be certain steps that must be taken within the religion, as opposed to in the court, to allow the person to remarry. The sentence means that the Plaintiff will accomplish all of those religion-mandated steps before the divorce will be issued by the court.
