i'm paying 400 a month in child support i also provide 100 percent of health insurance and dental coverage for child. mother of child wants to file a petition for daycare expenses? she also wants to add on karate,snowboarding and baseball expenses. now isn't that more of a luxury than a need... oh she's also claims she spends a fortune on childs clothing, he's only 10yrs old? i was never married to this woman it was just one of those stupid things i did and regret dearly now my family has to suffer financially for my mistake.... i know it doesn't matter if we were married or not there is a child involve. but how much more can this person continue to drag me in to court to ask for more money?

The Family Court Act allows for "reasonable" add-ons, not unreasonable ones. And although you may be directed to provide your proportionate share of daycare, extracurricular activities, etc. there is a limit. Also, if she claims that he has additional expenses, she must also show that you had an increase in income and is able to cover these additional expenses.
