Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Administrative Judge approval

How difficult is it to get Administrative Judge approval to submit a motion. I am restrained from submitting any more motions to vacate a judgment of divorce, but recently thru the Freedom of Information Law request I discovered documents that indicate that the Preliminary Conference that I have denied being present at was adjorned by the same judge who later signed a preliminary confernece order in which none of the alleged parties signed and the attorney for the plaintiff denied on record as being present. That order established child support but no child support worksheet, and stated that none of the parties would seek spousal support.

Re: Administrative Judge approval

If you hire a lawyer, then an ALJ will consider a new motion to vacate.

The motion must be made on new or previously unknown information.
