what if someone was the other woman in an adultary legal seperation and divorce! will she have to go to court and testify? and what if she is being harrassed(understandably) by the wife what recouses does the other woman have? what rights does the other woman have

The other woman may seek an order of protection or restraining order to keep the wife from harassing her. If this order is then violated the woman will be arrested.
