Adultry and the other women

Recently abondoned by husband. Found out that he is having an affair-admission by him and girlfriend. He has introduced his new girlfriend to my children (while we were married and him still living at home) and wants to know when they can start spending holiday's together. This has caused tremendous emotional distress and upheaval for me and my children. She is and has been aware of my marraige. In addition for filing for divorce can I sue her for emotional damages, for me, or my chilren?

You can sue your husband for:

Divorce.

Equitable Distribution.

Cusotdy of the the children.

Child Support.

Maintainance.

Health and life insurance.

Counsel fees.

Naming her a "Co-Respondent" may give you some leverage for an out of court settlement with him.
