I had an affair with my boss who ownes the co. i work for, my husband found out ,can he sue my employer/boss

No, he cannot sue.

However, you may be able to sue for sexual harrassment or discrimination your boss violated federal or state harrassment or discrimination laws. If you have claim, then your husband would have a loss of consortium claim based upon the violation of the employment laws.
