Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hello again.My friends sisters' husband had an affair and the other woman had a baby a month ago.His sister had a near fatal stroke a year and a half ago and gets SSDI.The house was originally hers,but she signed over half of it to the cheating husband before they got married.They have lived together for about 15-16 years but have been married just 5-6-7 years or so.If she divorced him do you think she would the house back,her SSDI,alimony from him,and would he have to continue the health insurance he now provides her.She really has no other income.She thinks the affair is still going on.Any advice??Or do you think that she will just have to live with the fact that her husband is a no good cheater.Thanks so much for all your help.
