Age requirement

At what age can a minor make their own decision on who they would like to live with?

At no age do they make the decision as long as they are a minor. The best interest of the child is the standard used. In that, several factors are taken into consideration, one happens to be the desires of the child. However, the age at which the child's input would be considered varies by judge. But it is only one factor considered no matter what their age.
