Legal Question in Family Law in New York

After Agreement

My ex-husband and I have been divorced since Oct. He hasn't abided by the agreement as far as visitation. In our agreement it has a vehicle listed to be taking out of his name in 90 days I was unable to do and he said I can keep the vechile as long as I made the payments on it. When I told him not to claim our son on his taxes he had the vehicle picked up and this is way after the 90 days. Is there anything I can do??

Re: After Agreement

Well if you made payments on the vehicle, you can sue for the payments but as for the vehicle there isn't much you can do. You should have gotten the change in the agreement in writing so that you can seek enforcement of it.
