Alimony

I am wondering if it there is a good chance I will get alimony from my 7 year marriage. There are two young children( 2 and 5) and I will probably make 25,000 per year at my job. My husband makes 105,000 per year at his job. He left me and the kids for another woman. I am hoping to get 1,000 a month for alimony for 2 and half years. Is this possible?

Given the facts you described, some type of spousal support may be in order.
