I think more information is necessary. What type of proceeding do you want to call them at? what did they say? what relevance is their testimony? The first place to start is to get the transcript of the proceedings where the judge "said" whatever it is you are trying to prove. If it is in the transcript, then it is a non-issue. If it's not in the transcript, odds are that you will have a difficult time proving it was said whether the judge testifies or not.
