I have a daughter who is 15 years old, at this time she lives with her mother. she has quite hight school and is pregnant. Her mother allows the father of the child to live and sleep at her house. my daughter's mother's boyfriend also lives at this house. Noone in this household works. can I have this child amancipated, At this time I am the only one providing income to this household through child support, other than the state of new york

Unfortunately, a NON custodial parent's Petition seeking emancipation of a child, under the circumstances you describe is generally not granted.

Although you may be disgusted or distainful at what your child is becoming, Your obligation for your child, has not changed.

Your child support obligation continues until age 21, unless your child goes into the service or obtains full time employment, etc..

Recommend that you Gri[mace] and bear it.
