how to get amancipated

I would like to know how to get amancipated i have very bad family probles im not wanted by my mother but i chose to stay and live with her cause i have no other chose so could please get back to me with help

Only a judge can amancipate you. There are a lot of factors that go into getting amancipated. A judge will consider your age, your financial situation, your living arrangements and other things similar to these. The best thing for you to do would be to talk to a school counselor or your principal. How ever you might try the department of family and children services. You can call 311 and ask for the nearest organization.
