Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I need to amend my divorce decree. I have sole physical custody of my son and my ex and I share joint legal custody. I would like to get sole legal custody as well. I would also like to decrease to amount he is suppose to pay me in child support and get rid of the child support enforcement services. I also would like it to state that I provide medical coverage for my son, not him. We had our divorce finalized in Jan 2008.

You need to file petitions in Family Court for both.
