Amendment of Marriage License
How can I get a Marriage License removed from the system as the marriage is not
valid? Partner married to another at the time.

Since you were not legally married, your marriage must be annulled.

Its not as uncommon as you think. I had two cases, one with the husband marrying twice and another with the wife marrying twice.
There is no quick fix. You must proceed before a Judge to arrange an annulment of the marriage.
