Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Annulment or Divorce?

I have been married to my spouse for 10 years. We were not married in a church by a priest so it was not sanctioned by the church. She has been pschologically abusing me for over ten years now. I think she's having affairs behind my back. She is never home unless she's sleeping. I am both mother & father to my two children. We got married because she was pregnant and I thought I was doing the right thing by marrying her. Can I file for an annulment on any grounds or do I have to file for divorce? If my children, ages 11 & 5 choose to live with me, will I receive custody & child support from my spouse?
