Annulment after 3 weeks of marriage?

Hi I got married on June 2nd of this year to my wife. After 2 or 3 weeks we decided we do not want to be married anymore. If we never consummated the marriage and never lived together do we qualify for annulment in the state of New York?

To qualify an annulment there must be an issue toward the formation of the marriage contract. Fraud and incapacity are two reasons why a marraige contract may be voided.

I would need more facts in order to better determine if you qualify for an annulment.
