Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Need answer

My former wife and I have been living apart for 7yrs. Legally seperated for over three years. I have payed all the child support she was due, and continue to pay monthly maintenance. She has agreed to, and signed our seperation agreement. But now she refuses to sign the papers to make the divorce final. My question: Is there any legal way I can make her sign.?

Re: Need answer

No. You cannot legally "make" your wife sign the divorce documents. But, neither do you need her to sign them, in order to get your divorce.
