The order should state whether you can be arrested. As to whether they will do it, depends on the DA. However, remember that when you fail to appear at any hearing, the Court only hears from the other side. DO NOT ever miss appearances.

When you fail to appear for a court appearance it can be considered contempt of court which is a crime and can lead to jail for the act.
