arrearage interest guidelines
My original child support agreement was entered in nassau county NY. It has never been changed or modified. The state of VA is enforcing the agreement and suddenly wants to charge 9% interest, what do the guidelines require for this to be done?

You need to contact Virginia to find the answer. The order issued in NY is just that but since it is being enforced in Virginia you need to contact them.
